Arrival:
Our rooms are ready for occupancy at 2pm on day of your arrival. Please inform us, should you wish to arrive later than 7pm.

Additional charges (obligatory):
for New Years Eve € 69,00 per person

Cancellation policy:
Should we not be able to re-let the room after your cancellation the following charges apply:

until 2 months prior to arrival - free of charge
until 2 weeks prior to arrival - 70%
from 2 weeks prior to arrival - 80%

In order to avoid any loss, your are advised to take out our Park Hotel Bellevue Travel cancellation security agreement.

Departure:
On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11am.

Directions:
From west: A22 Brenner motorway - exit Bressanone - Val Pusteria State road.
From south: A27 motorway until Belluno - SS51 in direction of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
From east: Tauern motorway or passing by Felbertauern - Lienz and further to Toblach/Dobbiaco.

Deposit:
In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount of your stay within 14 days.
We ask to remit your deposit by postal money order or by bank transfer

Discount for children:
The following discounts are valid for children sleeping in a third bed in the adults' room:

Children until 2 years € 25,00 per night
Children aged 3 - 6 years 50%
Children aged 7 - 15 years 30%
Children aged 16 years or more 10%

Our special family offer
During the whole season families booking at least 3 nights in our hotel receive a special discount: 2 adults with 2 children until 15 years in the parents' room pay
the price of 3 adults

Garage:
Parking places behind the hotel are available free of charge. A garage is available at € 10,00 per night. Please make your reservation in advance.

Internet:
Wireless Internet point in our lobby, broadband connection in our guest rooms.

Minimum stay:
A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested over the New Years Eve period from 26 December 2011 until 2 January 2012, a minimum stay of 10 nights over the 15th August 2011.

No smoking:
According to the Italian Non-smoking policy we thank you for your kind understanding, that the Park Hotel Bellevue is a "No smoking" venue. A dedicated smoking area is available outside for guests.

Payments:
You may settle your account in bar, by credit card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard or Diners)as well as by Debit Card. According to the current law, payments in cash may only be accepted for a maximum amount of € 2.499.

Pets:
We thank you for your kind understanding, that your pet cannot be admitted to Park Hotel Bellevue.

Reduction for reservations including breakfast:
€ 10,00 per person per night

Short Break (less than 3 nights):
For a stay less than three nights there will be an additional charge of € 10,00 per person per night.

Single Use:
For a single occupancy of our double rooms there will be an additional charge of
€ 40,00 per night on top of the single room rate.

Transfer:
We will be happy to collect visitors arriving by train at the Toblach/Dobbiaco station free of charge. Just give us a call. In addition we can organize the following pick-up services with our hotel shuttle bus:

airport Innsbruck € 180,00 per way
airport Venice € 220,00 per way

Wine tasting:
Our weekly programme will include a wine tasting at a service charge of € 10,00 per person.
