Thanks to exquisite cuisine, one of its strong features, Park Hotel Bellevue rose from the very beginning to become one of Toblach’s finest addresses. Following the hotel’s founder and visionary Johann Fuchs, his son Hans and his grandson Hanspeter have continued to develop and refine this tradition, despite the reverses of the war years. The Fuchs family and the hotel staff have from the very beginning prided themselves in maintaining a close cordial relationship with their guests, so that now even the children and grandchildren of many early guests regularly look forward to returning to our holiday oasis in Toblach. 

Even after four generations, the current family of hosts continues to uphold this tradition. After gathering years of vast experience at top restaurants in Austria, England, Germany and Switzerland, son Andreas, who is also a trained and certified sommelier, and his life partner Sandra are now on hand at the hotel on a daily basis. Whether at the reception desk, in the restaurant or the hotel bar, or when working in the garden, they always have an open ear for their guests.
