Power through your day with a rich breakfast buffet. Look forward to mouth-watering specialities at evening dinner. From morning till evening, the cuisine at the Bellevue Parkhotel plays an important role in your holiday experience.

Whether you prefer a sweet or savoury start to your day, nothing has been overlooked in our Vital Breakfast Buffet. Choose from a wide selection of teas or coffee, freshly-baked bread or rolls, homemade cakes and fresh pastries, homemade jams, cold meats, Alpine cheeses, yoghurt, muesli and fresh fruit. You can order eggs the way you prefer to make sure that you’re all set to go!

After an eventful day out in the Dolomites, you can look forward to a top-notch four-course dinner. Help yourself to our rich salad buffet, with salads and vegetables from our very own garden. This is followed by a choice of our antipasti. Afterwards, you can choose one of our delicious homemade desserts. And if you still have some free capacity, you can help yourself to fresh fruit or the cheese buffet.

The specialities on our menu reflect the culinary diversity of South Tyrol. Once a week you can expect an antipasti/starter buffet and/or our popular dessert buffet. Once a week, we also host a gala dinner and a Hotel Bellevue Buffet. On Sundays, our welcome aperitif is on the house.

We celebrate special occasions, such as our Christmas menu on 24^th and 25^th December, followed by a special Boxing Day buffet on 26^th December. We also see in the New Year with a candlelight dinner, accompanied by live music and a sumptuous seven-course menu. We also celebrate Valentine's Day with a romantic candlelight dinner and we host a traditional fish buffet on Ash Wednesday.

In the off-season, our kitchen staff allow guests a behind the scenes peek from time to time. You can catch a glimpse of the Bellevue kitchen at a kitchen party - and perhaps even receive one or two professional tips from the team!
