Thanks to collaboration with primarily local suppliers, you are guaranteed freshly prepared dishes daily. 

  • Vast breakfast buffet daily: Do you prefer hearty or sweet, or is it hard to decide? No problem, the breakfast buffet at Park Hotel Bellevue provides everyone with the optimum choice for starting their day. With a wide variety of teas and coffees, a broad selection of breads, jams and sausages, a selection of homemade breadrolls, yoghurts, mueslis and eggs prepared in all sorts of ways... practically no wish is left unfulfilled. 
  • Choice of four-course evening menus, consisting of a generous salad buffet (in part from our own herb garden), antipasti, choice of 3 starters, choice of 3 main dishes, dessert and a fruit and cheese buffet.
  • Once weekly: antipasti or starter buffet and/or dessert buffet
  • Once weekly: gala dinner
  • Once weekly: Bellevue buffet
  • Sundays: welcome aperitif
  • In the off season: kitchen party; get a glimpse of the action behind the scenes in the Bellevue kitchen and pick up a few tips from the professionals

If you suffer from a food intolerance, you can still enjoy the culinary specialities at Park Hotel Bellevue without concern. The kitchen team will be happy to provide a variety of gluten-free and lactose-free meals, while we appreciate you indicating your particular intolerance already when booking.

During the Christmas period you may look forward to enjoy our festive menus on the 24th of december and the 25th of december as well as our Christmas buffet on the 26th of december. New Year's Eve at the Bellevue means 7 course candlelit dinner and live music.

Don't miss the romantic candlelit dinner on Valentine's Day and the traditional fish buffet on Ash Wednesday.
