In 2021, Cortina is set to host the 46th FIS Alpine World Ski Championships, attracting fans from far and wide. This international winter sporting event isn’t at all far from the Bellevue Parkhotel in Dobbiaco/Toblach!
Between the 8th – 21st February 2021, more than 600 athletes from 70 countries will descend on the ski resort town of Cortina d'Ampezzo to compete at the World Ski Championships. Throughout this 11-day international event, world-class sportsmen and women will do their utmost to win the coveted world championship titles in the various categories.
The organisers in Cortina will do all they can to create the perfect conditions for a world-class sporting event. After all, Cortina has a wealth of experience in organising major sporting events, both for the men and women taking part as well as the spectators. Cortina hosted the 1932 and 1941 World Ski Championships, and the Winter Olympics in 1956.
The Bellevue Parkhotel in Dobbiaco is only about 30 km from the World Ski Championships in Cortina.
